The TW Shooter Saddle allows for long fluid stride lengths and quick turns through custom fit. It has a low forward mounted horn for quick gun changes and a deep supportive seat.

Cowboy Mounted Shooting demands a lot from a horse and rider, and TW Saddlery answers the need!

Our TW Shooter Saddle has these innovative features found in no other saddle

  • Patented 3-D for adjusting to fit the body of your horse. Easily adjust width, dip and angle
  • Three position stirrup hangers for getting you leg in your perfect balance point for enhanced comfort and security
  • Custom built to your preferences with selections for choices in skirt style ,rigging, cantle, tooling and color.
  • Narrow seat for close contact feel.
  • Lower horn angled slightly forward for additional clearance for fast easy, gun accessibility
  • More comfort and freedom of movement for your horse. No thick leather skirts to rub shoulders or loins. Foam fitting cushions absorb shoulder muscle movement for less saddle movement and smoother ride for the shooter.  They also provide more comfort for the horse resulting in longer strides more fluid strides.

TW Shooter Saddle ships standard with one pair of 3/4″ fitting cushions (pads that run along the bars of the saddle) and a full shim / fitting insert kit.

    Please add your inseam in the text box. Stand straight against a wall and measure from the pubic bone to the ankle to find your inseam if you do not know it.. Have a friend help you for accurate measurement if you are unsure.

    If you would like us to pre-fit your saddle - add the fitting kit.

    The TW Saddlery Navajo style saddle pad has a curved top line, designed for wither relief, fleece underlining, and comes in attractive patterns with earth tone designs that matches saddle colors.
