How long can I keep the demo saddle?
Demo saddles may be kept for up to 10 days from the date you receive the saddle. This gives you time to ride, evaluate comfort, and determine whether the saddle is the right fit for both you and your horse.
What comes with the demo saddle?
Each demo saddle ships ready to ride and includes the saddle, fitting cushions, shim inserts, a saddle pad, and a cinch. This allows you to experience the saddle as it was designed while making basic fit adjustments if needed.
Can I ride in the demo saddle?
Absolutely! The purpose of the Demo Program is to ride the saddle on your own horse in your normal riding environment. We encourage you to spend time in the saddle so you can properly evaluate rider comfort, horse comfort, balance, and overall fit.
What if the saddle does not fit?
Contact our team during your demo period. We can help you determine whether simple adjustments with the fitting cushions and inserts will improve the fit or if a different tree size or saddle model would be a better choice.
Can I demo more than one model?

Is shipping included?
No. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to receive the demo saddle as well as return shipping if the saddle is sent back. Contact us for current demo availability and shipping rates.

Quite often riders fall in love with their demo saddle! If the saddle is available for purchase, you may simply keep it instead of sending it back. We’ll apply the appropriate pricing, making the process quick and easy without waiting for a new saddle to be built.
