Terms of Purchase
By placing an order with TW Saddlery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before purchasing.
Custom Saddles & Made-To-Order Products
Most TW Saddlery saddles are custom built to the rider’s selected specifications. Due to the custom nature of these products, custom saddle orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun.
Custom options may include, but are not limited to:
- Seat size
- Leather color
- Tooling
- Seat material
- Hardware selection
- Rigging style
- Tree size
- Special order trees or modifications
Special order trees, custom bar lengths, and other non-standard configurations are considered custom work and are non-refundable.
Saddle Fit & Adjustability
TW Saddlery saddles feature our patented adjustable fitting system designed to allow continued fit adjustment as your horse changes shape over time.
Because every horse and rider combination is different, proper saddle fit may require:
- Shim adjustments
- Cushion adjustments
- Saddle placement changes
- Follow-up fitting assistance
We strongly recommend utilizing our Fit Kit, Photo Fit, or working with an authorized TW Saddlery dealer for the best fitting experience.
Photo Fit Services
Photo Fit services are included for customers who purchase a new saddle directly through TW Saddlery or an authorized dealer.
For customers seeking fitting assistance on used saddles or saddles not purchased through TW Saddlery, Photo Fit and follow-up fitting assistance may require a service fee.
Demo Saddles & Trial Periods
Demo saddles are provided for evaluation purposes only and must be returned within the stated demo period.
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any applicable payment processing fees
- Damage occurring during the demo period beyond normal wear
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and carrier rates at the time of shipment.
Transit times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
TW Saddlery is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather delays
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Damage caused during shipping
Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon arrival and notify the carrier of any shipping damage.
Freight shipments may require customer coordination for delivery appointments.
Payment Methods
We accept approved forms of payment listed at checkout.
Orders paid by check or Zelle may be held until funds have fully cleared before shipment.
Credit card and PayPal transactions may be subject to processing fees.
Product Appearance
Leather is a natural material and may vary slightly in:
- Color
- Grain
- Texture
- Tooling appearance
Computer monitors and mobile devices may also display colors differently. Minor variation between product photos and the final saddle is normal.
Saddle Use & Safety
TW Saddlery saddles are designed for riding, trail riding, endurance, ranch versatility, and related equestrian activities.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, TW Saddlery horns are not designed for heavy roping, tying off cattle, or high-impact dallying.
For riders needing a reinforced roping horn and reinforced roping tree, we recommend models specifically built for roping applications.
Website Information
TW Saddlery makes every effort to ensure website information, specifications, pricing, and product descriptions are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing or typographical errors
- Update product specifications
- Modify product offerings
- Cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing or availability information
Limitation of Liability
TW Saddlery shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Riding horses is an inherently dangerous activity. Riders assume all risks associated with equestrian activities.
