Ultra Secure Aussie Light Saddle

Trail riding demands that a saddle be very versatile for horse and rider. The TW Saddlery Ultra Secure Aussie Light (USA Light) is designed to meet all of these trail riding needs. The USA Light saddle is lightweight weighing 17 lbs. They are very easy to put on and take off the horse as well as lighten the weight your horse carries. English or western rigging is available to suit any riders needs.  It features the Aussie style pommel with poleys, providing a very secure ride.  A butterfly skirt is standard to provide freedom of movement. The USA Light features a soft padded seat that is cushioned down through the riders mid thigh. The seat is attached to the saddle by 4 screws as well as industrial strength hook and loop material and is interchangeable. Seats are offered in fleece, suede, or smooth leather. You can even order an extra seat for your Trail Light!

USA Light Saddle ships standard with one pair of 3/4″ fitting cushions (pads that run along the bars of the saddle) and a full shim / fitting insert kit.

    Please add your inseam in the text box. Stand straight against a wall and measure from the pubic bone to the ankle to find your inseam if you do not know it.. Have a friend help you for accurate measurement if you are unsure.

    Please note that aluminum stirrups are for traditional fenders only!

    If you would like us to pre-fit your saddle - add the fitting kit.

    Optional Accessories

    Everything below is optional, and you are not required to "select" anything. These are nice extras for your saddle! You can click the undo button  undo button  the on the far right to reset your choice.

    The premium sheepskin seat cover goes over the top of your seat and is secured with 4 screws.  It can be easily removed with a phillips screw driver. 

    Optional Breast Collar can be added in either plain, or to match the tooling of your saddle.
