You might remember I met you in Walnut Creek, California, a few months ago where you recommended a wide tree saddle for my Morgan gelding, Derby. I traded in the regular tree Eurolight that I had just had for a few months and upgraded to an International, wide tree. And it’s great! Fits him great – no white spots. He really moves out, and his walk feels nice and swinging, his trot big and strong. And today my saddle saved me from falling off! We were cantering up the trail when a pair of flickers flew out of the brush right in front of us. Big sideways spook, but my saddle didn’t move and we continued cantering along nicely. I feel secure and relaxed in my saddle, and that’s saying something on a horse as exuberant and forward as Derby!
